Returns and Exchanges

Here at Joey+June Boutique we want to make sure we provide the best shopping experience and more importantly we want you to love your purchase. We recommend inspecting and trying on all items in your order before washing them to ensure the products have no defects and fits as expected.  We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed,  worn or have odors of any kind.  We enforce this policy upon inspection of  the returned items. 

In order to be eligible for return, you must email us and request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of your order.  All items must be sent back within three (3) calendar days of the receipt of the return label we provide to you. No refunds or exchanges are allowed outside of these window

An item may be returned so long as it is returned as follows:

  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • unworn and unwashed
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage of any kind 

Return Process:

First email kimberly@joeyandjune.com to notify us of your intent and reason for the return.

Please be aware that all Return costs are the responsibility of the sender.  We recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking method as Joey+June Boutique is not responsible for return items lost in transit. Items will be inspected upon arrival for the return approval. We will notify you when your return is accepted and processed. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.

ANY ORDERS placed within the context of a SALE, or any items marked FINAL SALE are NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges – please reach out to us if you have any questions. 

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

Exchanges -  We allow for exchanges up to seven (7) calendar days from original purchase date on items that are returned in the same condition as outlined above.  We do not allow exchanges for FINAL SALE ITEMS or gift cards.

Refunds/Returns - All approved returns received within the seven (7) calendar day window are processed as STORE CREDIT ONLY or EXCHANGE ONLY. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the return was approved or not. If your return is approved we will issue the STORE CREDIT and email you the digital gift card or authorize you the exchange option.  Any store credit issued to you does not expire and can be used at any time. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON GIFT CARD PURCHASES.
