Returns and Exchanges

Here at Joey+June Boutique we want to make sure we provide the best shopping experinece and most importanly you love your purchase! We recommend inspecting and trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they have no defects and fits as expected. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed or worn and we enforce this policy upon inspection of returned shipments. In order to be eligible for return you must email us and request a return and all items must be sent back within 30 days of the receipt of the order. No refunds or exchanges are allowed outside of this window.

An item may be returned so long as it is returned as follows:

  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • unworn and unwashed
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, or damage of any kind 

Return Process:

First email orders@joeyandjune.com to notify us of your intent.

Please be aware that all Return costs are the responsibility of the sender.  We recommend that you return your item(s) with a tracking method as Joey+June Boutique is not responsible for return items lost in transit. Items will be inspected upon arrival. We will notify you when your return is accepted and processed. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.

Any orders placed within the context of a SALE, or any items marked Final Sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for store credit, refund, or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges – please reach out to us if you have any questions. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the problem.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure an exchange for an order is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item to replace the exchange.  We allow for exchanges up to 30 days after original purchase.

Refunds/Returns
All returns at Joey+June Boutique after the 10 day window are STORE CREDIT ONLY! Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the return was approved or not. If your return is approved and within the 10 day window, we will issue the refund and notify you of same.  If your return is approved and it is after the 10 day window and not beyond the 30 day window, we will notify you of the appropriate store credit.  This store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.
